2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by Neha Enterprises are subject to the terms mentioned in the quotation.
- Prices may change depending on product availability, specifications, taxes, transportation, installation requirements, and market conditions.
- A quotation is valid only for the period specified in it.
- GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as applicable.
- Additional work or materials outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

3. Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed after acceptance of the quotation and/or receipt of the required advance payment, purchase order, or written confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the site and ensuring that the required infrastructure is available.
Installation may depend on:

- Suitable mounting surfaces
- Civil or electrical work
- Required permissions
- Access to the installation area
- Safe working conditions
Any additional civil, electrical, networking, fabrication, or structural work not included in the quotation may be charged separately.
6. Product Availability & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by Neha Enterprises are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by manufacturer availability, transportation, logistics, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a particular product is unavailable, an equivalent or alternative product may be offered subject to customer approval.
7. Warranty
Products and equipment supplied by Neha Enterprises may carry a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty coverage is subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Warranty generally does not cover damage caused by:

The customer agrees to:

- Provide reasonable access for installation and service.
- Ensure that equipment is used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Make payments within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain required electricity, network, and other infrastructure.
- Obtain any permissions required for installation or operation.
10. CCTV & Security System Disclaimer
CCTV, access-control, alarm, scanning, and other security systems are designed to assist with security and monitoring. No security system can guarantee prevention of theft, intrusion, unauthorized access, or other incidents.
Neha Enterprises shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on security equipment where the equipment has been correctly installed and operated, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the service agreement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of surveillance and access-control systems complies with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neha Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, service interruptions, equipment failure, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
